CMS Build for Referral workflow. Currently, only ACCEPTED referrals are entered into CMS, where we know that we will attempt to contact a family and work will progress, or there will be service delivery records to some extent. We need to be able to also create a record for a DECLINED referral, but these do not progress to service delivery so will not need full case access. Flow to enable creation of Family, creation and connection of contacts (InfoShare Data fields only) - creation of case (LIMITED details) enough to enter infoshare referral data... i.e. referral ID, date of referral, SDN office referral decision. Data fields to be confirmed by Linsey before progressing piece of work.
