When I put information in allocations meeting boxes, then click save, I am still losing the content after I refresh the page or go back into it later.

Unable to link grandmother to mother, or child to family. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Also some entries are categorised as business others as family and this could be the reason. Reluctant to keep adding new 'roles' in case its adding to the problem.

Hello, When making an SDN village referral it is automactially jumping to closure instead of staying in the referral waitlist for allocations.

Using the Team Around the Family appointment template is very difficult as the text boxes have such limited wordcount (unsure reason why), if this was opened up and unlimited, it would make using the TAF meeting template on CMS much more user friendly and time-efficient.

The drag and drop function of the formal and informal supports of family village doesn't work well at all, if you drop it in one spot it will land far away from where you want it. Further, when you put text into the boxes of the supports, then go out of it the box shrinks so when you look at the village as a whole you cannot read what you have written for each of the supports until you drag open each text box each time you open the village. This also means you can't easily export/print the village which would be a nice thing to be able to do and share with families.

CMS Build for Referral workflow. Currently, only ACCEPTED referrals are entered into CMS, where we know that we will attempt to contact a family and work will progress, or there will be service delivery records to some extent. We need to be able to also create a record for a DECLINED referral, but these do not progress to service delivery so will not need full case access. Flow to enable creation of Family, creation and connection of contacts (InfoShare Data fields only) - creation of case (LIMITED details) enough to enter infoshare referral data... i.e. referral ID, date of referral, SDN office referral decision. Data fields to be confirmed by Linsey before progressing piece of work.

When creating a new case, the family name (link) is auto populating in the referer organisation field. This field shiuld be empty until i add required details.
